To strengthen our team we are looking for a Field Technician (m/f/d) to service the region EMEA & Russia in full time.

Job Description

As a member of our international service team you will commissioning our 3D printers. Your responsibilities in detail are:
  • Commission and upgrade our 3D printers in these regions including unpacking, assembly, laser alignment, tuning and testing 
  • Demonstrate the basic maintenance and usage to our customers 
  • Maintain and service our customers’ 3D printers remotely as well as in the field 
  • Support the relationship with our customers as representative on-site 
  • This position includes about 80% travel mainly within regions stated above 

Your Profile

  • Successfully completed industrial education or bachelor with a technical or engineering background
  • Practical experience with delicate mechanics or optical beam path alignment 
  • Outstanding problem solving and documentation skills 
  • Good communication skills and command of English and German 
  • Eagerness to travel internationally with high flexibility 
  • Clean driver’s license class B 
  • You consider yourself a team player with a professional working attitude inspiring trust and confidence in our customers 
  • You live in proximity of one of the major airports: FRA, DUS
