For our location in Eggenstein-Leopoldshafen, north of Karlsruhe, we are looking for a Working Student (m/f/d) for our Customer Success Team - starting date April 2025.

Job description

Assist our Customer Success Team with the following tasks:

  • Execute print projects using Nanoscribe 3D printers
  • Create and optimize content for training material, such as articles for our online help portal NanoGuide, training slides and videos
  • Test and provide feedback to software and hardware to continuously work towards the next generation solutions for our users
  • Maintain a clean and tidy demo lab for customer visits

Your profile

  • Registered student in the fields of science, engineering or comparable course of study
  • Documenting your work in a technical manner comes naturally
  • Thrive for precise and complete technical documentation
  • Sense for good graphic design in order to develop appealing training material
  • Curiosity for operating precise 3D printers
  • Very good written and spoken English skills
